Aisling is the Director and Principal Nurse at Restoration Medicine, with over a decade of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing in 2012 in Ireland before moving to Australia to broaden her experience and immerse herself in a new lifestyle, one that ultimately became home.

Her clinical background spans theatre, recovery and anaesthetics, along with over five years spent mentoring future nurses at one of Sydney’s leading universities. Aisling’s interest in aesthetic medicine began in 2017 and she has since pursued extensive education in dermal science and cosmetic medicine.

Joining Restoration Medicine in 2019 under the mentorship of Dr Robert Gilmour, Aisling refined her ability to blend clinical knowledge with aesthetic artistry. She is known for her personalised, evidence-based approach, using advanced devices and techniques to deliver natural, long-lasting results. Skin health remains at the heart of her practice.

In April 2025, Aisling became the sole owner of Restoration Medicine, an achievement that reflects her dedication, leadership and commitment to patient care. She continues to prioritise education, regularly attending conferences and is currently exploring further studies in integrative health medicine.

Dr Phoebe Jones is a highly regarded cosmetic physician celebrated for her refined, natural aesthetic results. With over 10 years of experience, she specialises in cosmetic injectables, laser therapies and minimally invasive procedures.

A graduate of the University of Sydney’s MBBS program, Dr Phoebe has also contributed to surgical research at Macquarie University. Her academic excellence has been recognised through multiple awards, including the Laycock Prize for Anatomical Dissection.

Dr Phoebe’s expertise is grounded in rigorous training, including cadaveric anatomy courses and international mentorships across San Diego, London, Seoul and Genoa. A published researcher and member of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia, she is also a Key Opinion Leader for Galderma.

With a patient-first philosophy, Dr Phoebe is passionate about creating long-term, holistic treatment plans that focus not just on aesthetics, but on overall wellbeing and confidence.

Sarah is a skilled Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Adelaide. She brings clinical experience from both the South Australian and New South Wales public health sectors.

Her journey into aesthetic medicine began in 2022, driven by a passion for natural enhancements that allow clients to feel like the best version of themselves. With a keen eye for detail and a gentle, honest approach, Sarah helps clients feel seen, heard and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Solmaz, known fondly as Soli, is the heart of Restoration Medicine’s patient experience. As Practice Manager, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge, exceptional organisational skills and a deeply caring nature.

With a strong background in both pa)ent care and the cosmetic space, Soli ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, from managing appointments to supporting the clinical team. Her calm presence and attention to detail make every client feel welcomed, cared for and confident from the moment they step through the door.
